Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Support managers with coaching and discipline, maintain personnel records, update policies, prepare compliance documentation, provide HR metrics, and partner with leadership to foster culture and retain mission-driven staff.

Lead all finance and accounting functions for the nonprofit, ensuring fiscal stability, GAAP and grant compliance, cash flow and budget management, audit coordination, internal controls, and financial reporting to the Board. Supervise accounting staff and serve as primary liaison with auditors, funders, and regulatory agencies to support long-term financial sustainability.
