Lead investor onboarding, trade capture, reconciliation, and position tracking for a multi-fund platform. Build repeatable processes, data governance, and disaster recovery; coordinate GPs, custodians, fund accounting, compliance, and vendors; hire and mentor operations analysts to scale US fund operations.

Lead SEC registration and design Infra One's US compliance operating system. Build written policies (Form ADV, AML/KYC, custody), run multi-fund monitoring and GP due diligence, manage exams and regulator relationships, advise on fund structuring and conflicts, and define organizational substance, books-and-records, and cybersecurity compliance for a scalable platform.

Lead US fund-structuring and regulatory counsel for Infra One: draft and maintain LPAs, PPMs, Reg D filings, sub-advisory and commercial agreements; advise on Advisers Act, AML/KYC, custody rules; manage GP diligence and onboarding; coordinate with CCO and external counsel; own master service agreements and service-provider contracts; provide strategic legal advice to MD and investment committee to enable scalable fund operations.

Build and lead Infra One's in-house fund accounting and administration function. Design chart of accounts, NAV policies, capital call/distribution mechanics, carry/fee waterfalls, valuation methodologies, reconciliations, and audit-ready controls. Manage multi-fund operations, investor onboarding and reporting, custodian and banking relationships, and select accounting/reporting systems. Hire and mentor fund accounting and treasury staff to scale platform operations across multiple funds and jurisdictions.
