Manage the bottled spirits portfolio by setting sales and distribution targets, optimizing SKUs and inventory, forecasting demand, coordinating promotions, analyzing sales and profitability, and developing supplier relationships. The role collaborates with sales, purchasing, and operations teams; supports brand training and chain planning; manages marketing budgets; and identifies growth opportunities across on- and off-premise accounts.
