Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes; prepare WIP schedules using percentage-of-completion accounting; maintain job-cost accounting; reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements; and support audits, tax filings, bonding requests, and lender reporting. Partner with project managers on cost forecasts, margin tracking, and change orders while ensuring compliance with GAAP and construction accounting standards.

Lead project controls across the company: establish forecasting, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and tool adoption. Improve forecast accuracy, schedule discipline, margin protection, and build a scalable project controls function while coaching teams and creating standards.

Support mission-critical electrical construction projects (data centers) by tracking RFIs, submittals, schedules, procurement, change orders, and closeout. Coordinate with PMs, superintendents, vendors, and owners, prepare reports, follow up on materials/documentation, and assist with site walks and turnover packages to keep projects on schedule and organized.
