Coordinate schedules for assigned clients and caregivers, manage referrals and intakes, confirm authorizations and nursing intros, monitor service change logs, coach and escalate caregiver issues, communicate with clients, families, case managers and nursing, assist with recruitment/onboarding, provide rotating night and weekend on-call coverage, and ensure compliance with homecare policies and HIPAA.
