Support process improvements and team initiatives.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare/home care roles: source, screen, interview, onboard, and verify credentials. Maintain ATS records, ensure compliance (I-9, E-Verify), coordinate background checks, represent the organization at hiring events, and partner with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

Provide front-desk and reception support, answer and direct calls, manage office and PPE inventory, maintain common areas, offer basic technical support to field staff, assist with hiring, orientations, and scheduling communications, and perform other administrative duties reporting to the Director of Operations. Occasional travel for recruitment.

Coordinate schedules for assigned clients and caregivers, manage referrals and intakes, confirm and monitor authorizations and schedule changes, coach and document caregiver performance, communicate with nursing/case managers, provide on-call coverage, and ensure compliance with policies and HIPAA.
