Lead and build software infrastructure and automation for robot testing and evaluation. Design and build test stands, fixtures, and supporting hardware for robot evaluation. Rapidly prototype using CAD, 3D printing, machining, and T-slot extrusion. Collaborate with technicians and engineers to create reliable, repeatable test infrastructure and iterate based on test feedback. On-site in San Francisco, full-time.

Build and own highly-available data pipelines that move robot video, telemetry, and demonstration data from edge to training sets. Architect ingestion, streaming (MoQ/WebTransport), storage, indexing, and retrieval; improve throughput, reliability, and cost; and build tooling for data discovery and trust while working closely with ML and robotics teams.

Manage day-to-day office logistics and facilities in an on-site San Francisco office. Coordinate supplies, vendors, travel booking, visitor and meeting readiness, and maintain workplace organization to support engineering and hardware teams.

Work on training, evaluating, and deploying ML models and inference systems for low-payload robotic arms. Run experiments, analyze results, and support testing and deployment on real robotic hardware while collaborating with researchers, engineers, and hardware teams.

Design, implement, and own backend and real-time systems for deployed robots, including Rust services, low-latency streaming, FlatBuffers schemas, ROS2 integrations, fleet tooling, observability, and debugging on hardware in San Francisco.
