Support HR functions including new hire onboarding, maintaining HRIS and employee records, responding to employee inquiries, assisting recruiting and reception duties, coordinating company events, handling mail, and general administrative tasks.

Supports daily order processing for Ultrabase and RGES by creating order packets, verifying orders, updating inventory and documentation, coordinating with Sales, vendors, and carriers, preparing shipping labels, managing returns, issuing drop-ship purchase orders, tracking shipments, and escalating operational issues. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, strong prioritization, timely communication, and coordination across multiple workflows and deadlines.

Lead HubSpot CRM architecture, data hygiene, workflows, and reporting across multiple business units. Launch new business units, manage user access, integrate systems, train users, and deliver insights to Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience to improve processes and customer engagement.
