Manage campus Career Services by providing one-on-one employment assistance, generating employer leads, developing externship opportunities, meeting placement goals, maintaining student and employer records, and conducting career workshops and events to support student placement and employer relationships.

Administer and advise students on federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs. Review FAFSA/ISIR, complete verification, maintain funding schedules in CLASS, provide entrance/exit counseling, ensure accurate files, answer student/parent inquiries, remain current on regulations, and collaborate with admissions and staff.

Oversee and administer student financial aid and student account programs across campuses. Lead financial aid staff, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (including Title IV and FERPA), develop policies and procedures, produce reports, set finance goals, and promote accuracy, timeliness, and student-centered service.

Provide one-on-one career advising and job search assistance to students and graduates, generate employer leads, meet placement goals, maintain relationships with externship sites and employers, track placements and extern attendance, assist with resumes/interviews, and maintain accurate employment records.

Serve as the welcoming first contact for callers and visitors, manage the reception area, handle phone routing, perform general clerical tasks (typing memos, correspondence, reports), and provide administrative support on projects.

Lead and manage multi-campus admissions teams to meet recruitment and enrollment targets. Train, coach, and evaluate Admissions Directors and Representatives; implement enrollment strategies, ensure compliance, monitor performance, and use Nexus/Signix/Velocify and Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

Lead and supervise campus Financial Aid Advisors; administer Title IV, review FAFSA/ISIR, perform verification, package and disburse aid, provide student counseling, maintain accurate records, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare reports, and support enrollment/retention initiatives.

Review and verify student enrollment documents for eligibility, ensure compliance with state/federal and accrediting standards, schedule and follow up on information sessions, send scholastic exam links, update Conext and Nexus, upload records, provide customer service from application through graduation, and approve completed enrollment packages.
