Oversee and administer all campus student financial aid and student account programs. Lead and supervise financial aid staff, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (including Title IV and FERPA), develop policies and procedures, produce required reports, support student retention through financial strategies, and collaborate with campus leadership on staffing and finance goals.

Lead and manage multi-campus admissions teams to meet recruitment and enrollment targets. Train, coach, and evaluate Admissions Directors and Representatives; implement enrollment strategies, ensure compliance, monitor performance, and use Nexus/Signix/Velocify and Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

Manage campus Career Services by providing one-on-one employment assistance, generating employer leads, developing externship opportunities, meeting placement goals, maintaining student and employer records, and conducting career workshops and events to support student placement and employer relationships.

Provide one-on-one career advising and job search support to students and graduates; generate employer leads and externship opportunities; maintain employer relationships; meet placement goals and verify 90-day employment; assist with resumes, interview preparation, and job search skills; track student and placement records; coordinate with faculty and participate in advising committees.

Administer federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs for prospective and enrolled students. Review FAFSA/ISIR, verify documentation, maintain funding schedules in CLASS, provide entrance/exit counseling, advise students/parents on aid requirements, ensure accurate files and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with admissions and campus staff.

Lead academic and operational management of general education programs, overseeing faculty, curriculum, labs (physical and virtual), accreditation compliance, budgeting, faculty development, and student success initiatives. Manage lab scheduling, virtual simulation integration, procurement, and serve on institutional committees to align curriculum and institutional goals.

Oversee quality, compliance, curriculum, and instruction for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. Supervise instructors, teach assigned classes, ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance, maintain student exam pass and placement rates, coordinate orientations, interface with campus departments, and manage program documentation and meetings.
