Leads the North Bay Engineering Team and oversees maintenance, repair, inspections, and quality control for vessels, facilities, and terminals. The role schedules preventive maintenance, assigns work, ensures safe practices and regulatory compliance, manages subcontractor and shipyard activities, diagnoses operational issues, controls costs, and provides performance updates to WETA. It requires extensive marine engineering and supervisory experience, strong communication, computer literacy, and a valid driver license.

Maintain safe, compliant operation of passenger vessels by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel engines, propulsion, electrical, hydraulic and auxiliary systems; diagnose and repair failures; plan projects and order parts; complete inspections and maintenance records; coordinate with crew and vendors; respond to scheduled and emergency maintenance; promote safety, environmental compliance, and reliability.
