Work as part of the Telephony Services IPT team to deliver, document, support, troubleshoot and repair voice and voicemail services. Use BMC Remedy and SMMS, administer Cisco telephony infrastructure (CUCM, CUC, CUE, Attendant Console), and support standard telephony technologies (PRI, POTS, DID, FXS/FXO). Onsite M-F at the Lansing telephony office for the duration of the 12+ month contract.

Responsibilities include solution architecture, FLEXCOM/CNM expertise, deriving system requirements from user needs, evaluating test cases, guiding testing teams, and applying hands-on open-source knowledge. Strong English communication required.

Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and document an Active Directory user management system. Integrate the agency's .NET web applications with Active Directory, follow SDLC best practices, participate in technical design, produce estimates and work plans, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Perform conversion of Unix/Linux servers to authenticate via LDAP, review and define user privileges, and perform basic OS administration. Requires 3-5 years Unix/Linux experience, familiarity with AIX/SLES/RHEL, LDAP knowledge, and SUDO experience. Detail-oriented.

Provide administrative support within an IT organization, using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Visio. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, familiarity with technology terms, and three-plus years IT-related administrative experience.

Design and govern enterprise-wide data/information architecture, including data modeling, operational data stores, data marts, DB design, DBMS optimization, archiving/recovery, load strategy, security, and change management. Define standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent data access and performance across the organization.
