Plan, install, test, maintain, analyze, and manage network facilities. Perform network engineering tasks, troubleshoot and validate network elements, and support lifecycle operations.

Design and build data-driven front-end interfaces and user flows, partner with product and data science teams to implement solutions, develop data dashboards (Power BI), and iterate based on customer feedback.

Participate in software and network product development, perform design and analysis tasks, conduct testing (6–12 months experience), perform compliance code reviews and audits, execute OACR bug-bashing and cleanup development, and proactively identify and coordinate issue resolutions.

Administer, deploy, configure, maintain, monitor and report on the BizTalk SOA platform. Provide 3rd-tier support, triage issues with operations and development, and support during and off-hours.

Design, implement and operate IP/MPLS microwave backhaul and peering networks (BGP/OSPF/VRF) supporting voice, data and IP Telephony. Deploy and configure vendor routers/switches/firewalls (Coriant, Aviat, Cisco, Juniper), VMware and Linux cloud elements, security (TACACS+/AAA, firewalls), monitoring (Splunk, Elastic, Wireshark) and automation scripting. Provide NOC/field support, 24/7 escalations, documentation, DR planning, mentoring and acceptance testing.
