Lead technical design, deployment, upgrade, and operational support for Active Directory and related identity services. Implement LDAP integration, ADFS/PKI, Group Policy, domain controllers, and Azure infrastructure integrations. Migrate legacy and intranet content into a new Liferay CMS: manually move pages, rebuild layouts, embed multimedia, troubleshoot presentation issues, train and support site owners, recommend content organization, and promote Liferay adoption and governance.

Contractor will interview application owners and develop, document, and validate Business Continuity Plans for ~65 state- and vendor-hosted applications. Responsibilities include impact assessment, defining critical functions, recommending recovery strategies, coordinating exercises and training, reporting status to management, and supporting recovery efforts during disruptions.
