Monitor city boundary changes, perform QC/QA, communicate issues to constituents, provide GIS support, and occasionally perform field verification and county outreach.

Design and develop enterprise web applications using C#/.NET and AngularJS. Build RESTful Web APIs, implement ASP.NET MVC solutions, integrate Azure PaaS services, SQL Server and identity providers (ADFS/OAuth2). Apply DI, TDD, mocking, PowerShell, VSTS/TFS and agile practices; participate in DevOps for cloud deployments.

Design and govern enterprise-wide data/information architecture, including data modeling, operational data stores, data marts, DB design, DBMS optimization, archiving/recovery, load strategy, security, and change management. Define standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent data access and performance across the organization.

Develop and maintain database procedures, reports, and automated jobs. Troubleshoot and fix defects in reports and stored procedures. Translate business requirements into database implementations. Evaluate data quality across the data warehouse and ETL workflows. Design, document, and execute tests and data quality requirements. Improve data management processes and report progress weekly to management.

Mentor and coach support engineers, run weekly case reviews, oversee new-hire ramp-up, manage backlogs and idle cases, identify and escalate top recurring issues, enforce process and case ownership, perform hands-on case recovery, reduce repeat callers, interact with executive customers, and implement Microsoft-recommended architectural improvements.

Develop, edit, and maintain Online Help (OLH) for the Colorado Benefit Management System. Translate technical source materials into clear, user-friendly documentation; collaborate with SMEs; create detailed help instructions and stakeholder communications; ensure documentation accuracy and usability.
