Develop and maintain IBM Curam solutions across the full software lifecycle: requirements through design, development, and testing. Work with Curam Enterprise Framework and Solution Modules, use Oracle databases and Subversion for version control. State government IT experience is highly desired.

Lead .NET developer responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and deploying medium-to-large web applications using Microsoft .NET stack. Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and state IT staff, manage source/build systems, mentor junior staff, and participate in integration and system testing for a state DSS re-engineering project.

Design, develop, and execute automated tests for ERP systems (Workday). Validate web applications and web services using SoapUI and XML, leverage automation frameworks and CI tools, perform performance testing, and apply QA methodology across the full SDLC to deliver high-quality software.
