Lead Interfaces/Curam developer responsible for managing multiple technical, business, test and training teams. Duties include project planning, scheduling, budget tracking, requirements gathering, go-live and post-implementation support, status reporting, risk and change management, and providing leadership and direction to project teams.

Implement, configure, and integrate Siebel CRM for federal clients. Build Siebel data models, map Siebel Tools objects to the database, support infrastructure, assist testing, and collaborate on Agile teams integrating with Oracle Fusion.

Administer and support the agency's internet and intranet (SharePoint) environments. Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support of SharePoint, IIS, and Windows Server; develop client-side and server-side code; participate in design and implementation; ensure secure web application practices and integrate web servers with databases.

Manage and support Solaris 10/11 systems including ZFS and zones. Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, migrations and integrations, and networking/DNS support. Communicate technical information and lead complex work efforts.

Manage deployment, configuration, and integration of an EDI solution on Oracle Fusion Middleware. Support platform implementation, trading partner setup/migration, WLST scripting, and collaborate with project teams and agency staff on MMIS encounter integrations.

Provide level-1 help desk phone support focused on system access and password resets (≈75% of calls). Create and manage service tickets, answer how-to questions, escalate complex issues, and deliver professional customer service during core business hours.

Serve as Curam Business Analyst for NC FAST child services: lead fit/gap and JAD sessions, develop functional designs and requirements, document business processes and gap analyses, support UAT and go-live activities, perform PMO tasks (time tracking, status reporting), and provide Curam workflow and rules expertise for child services modules.

Design, model, and validate data warehouses and transactional databases. Perform data mapping, profiling, ETL validation, and create source-to-target documentation. Gather business requirements via JAD/JRP, produce functional specifications, diagrams, test plans, and lead UAT and testing lifecycle activities.

Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, internet systems, desktops and mobile devices. Support print servers and VMware virtual environment. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco ASA firewalls, review event logs on Windows Server 2008/2012, and administer Active Directory in an enterprise environment.

Lead and deliver large projects: staff teams, define scope, constraints and deliverables, develop baselines and schedules, monitor progress, risks, issues and change control, manage communications, interact with senior leadership, document lessons learned and project success. Responsible for projects with >20 team members and >$1M value.
