Provide technical expertise and development for PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL, AP, Cash Management, Deal/Debt Management). Evaluate, direct, and support PeopleSoft system enhancements and integrations using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, AppEngine, Integration Broker, SQL Server, and XML interfaces on Windows Server.

Administer and support Denodo data virtualization platform: collaborate with developers, users, infrastructure and architects; manage Linux server environments; integrate via JDBC, XML and web services APIs. DW/BI experience is a plus.

Design and deliver solution architectures for enterprise portal applications, identity implementations, middleware components, and database platforms (RDBMS and NoSQL). Serve as Denodo subject-matter expert and administrator: diagnose and resolve errors and performance issues, liaise with Denodo support, implement load balancing, caching, backups and DR drills, and automate routine administration. Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure teams; work in Linux environments and integrate via JDBC, XML, and web services.

Manage and support enterprise data platforms with hands-on IBM DataStage ETL development, DW/BI lifecycle activities, SQL/PL-SQL development, and Unix/Linux scripting; develop best practices, unit tests, and perform code reviews.

Design, configure, and troubleshoot packet-core and wireless network components including DNS and Linux systems. Work with EPC protocols (Gx, Diameter), policy control, TCP/IP and web application interactions. Perform network and equipment configuration and Linux administration in telecom environments.

Develop Java-based EDI solutions using Oracle SOA Suite/Java CAPS. Implement HIPAA-compliant X12 transaction formats and HL7 v2/v3 messaging. Build SOA/EJB web services, test with SoapUI/JUnit, and deploy on WebLogic while collaborating with analysts and developers.

Serve as Curam Business Analyst for NC FAST child services: lead fit/gap and JAD sessions, develop functional designs and requirements, document business processes and gap analyses, support UAT and go-live activities, perform PMO tasks (time tracking, status reporting), and provide Curam workflow and rules expertise for child services modules.

Provide Level 2 application support and monitoring for the iNovah IPCS payment system, lead help-desk technical work, manage incidents and escalations, coordinate change/release activities, and ensure PCI/PA-DSS compliance through audits, assessments, and remediation tracking.
