Manage release processes using Team Foundation Server 2015. Require TFS experience; PowerShell and Azure skills are preferred. 12+ month contract with potential hire.

Serve as Denodo subject-matter expert and administrator: diagnose and resolve errors and performance issues, liaise with Denodo support, implement load balancing, caching, backups and DR drills, and automate routine administration. Provide onsite instruction, assistance, and support to up to three staff for analysis, modification, testing, and implementation of changes to computer systems. Work under general supervision as a contractor to help analyze, modify, test, and deploy system updates.

Develop, test, debug, and document .NET applications and modify programming systems per guidelines. Work with C#, ASP.NET/MVC, SQL/Transact-SQL, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, IIS and Visual Studio; follow instructions and collaborate with the team.

Design and deliver solution architectures for enterprise portal applications, identity implementations, middleware components, and database platforms (RDBMS and NoSQL). Create architecture diagrams (e.g., Visio) and present designs to leadership. Ensure implementations align with TPP and TRA patterns.

Lead retailer re-enablement and EBT WIC implementation activities: document policies/procedures, train and assist retailers, verify POS readiness, perform statewide test buys, execute user acceptance testing, and collect/analyze retailer EBT data.

Design, build, and optimize Android applications using Java and Android SDK. Apply strong OOP, algorithms, multithreading, memory management, networking, caching, CI, testing, and agile practices. Assist with performance optimization and support cross-platform experience.

Develop and maintain iOS applications, participate in sprint planning and scrum ceremonies, write unit/automated functional/integration tests, work in a DevOps model, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Provide helpdesk support by analyzing patient-account related problems, recommending corrective actions and solutions. Troubleshoot issues in a support-oriented environment, use Microsoft Office, and communicate effectively with customers. Bilingual English-Spanish proficiency is sought.
