Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test scripts for legacy and new SCUBI applications. Manually run tests, document results, log and retest defects using bug-tracking tools, and prepare test documentation and summaries.

Design, install, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN networks. Work with Infragistics controls and Team Foundation Server. 24-month contract in Rensselaer, NY; requires ~7 years experience and a Bachelor’s degree (proof required).

Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and queries to support VDOT RNS/GIS systems. Convert and load initial data sets, produce reports, handle production-support tickets, implement transactional editing and archival/synchronization, populate denormalized reporting DBs, generate edit lists for manual associations, and participate in code reviews using TFS.

Create technical design and end-user documentation for IT systems. Translate developer verbal briefings, drafts, charts and diagrams into concise design documents. Produce user manuals, procedures, and training materials. Prefer familiarity with UML, DFDs, flowcharts, ER diagrams, and pseudocode. 12-month contract in Portland, OR.
