Serve as the on-site IT and OT administrator for a 24/7 manufacturing facility: resolve escalated IT/OT issues, maintain network and systems, support projects and deployments, develop site SMEs, manage vendor support, ensure cybersecurity alignment, and drive continuous improvement and business continuity planning.

Optimize and improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, cost, and productivity. Lead process improvement projects, trials, startups/shutdowns, cross-functional teams, operator training, reporting, and process documentation. Promote and use area IT systems like PI, Proficy, and Cognex.

Represent and sell the companys products and services within a defined territory to grow revenue. Develop new sales with existing customers, meet targets, identify opportunities, maintain client relationships, and escalate issues. Maintain product knowledge, execute special projects, and perform other duties as assigned.

Manages capital and major expense projects end-to-end: defines scope, estimates costs, schedules work, procures materials, evaluates vendors, coordinates engineering and operations teams, enforces safety and compliance, controls costs, and reports project status using monitoring tools.

Represent and sell the companys services within a defined territory to grow revenue and market share. Develop new business with existing and prospective customers, meet sales targets, maintain client relationships, identify opportunities, sell full product line, resolve issues, and support special projects.
