Lead MCP's growth and demand-generation efforts for K-12 products, owning email/marketing automation (Salesforce Account Engagement), paid media (Google Ads), lead capture, scoring, nurture campaigns, analytics, and partner go-to-market. Act as martech administrator, optimize deliverability and pipeline quality, coordinate with Sales/RevOps, and build scalable processes while leveraging AI tools to increase pipeline and conversions.

Own end-to-end product design for MCP's early-stage education software: map journeys, wireframe and prototype flows, build and maintain a design system, run usability tests, ensure accessibility and classroom constraints are addressed, and bring product design in-house while collaborating with product and engineering.

Lead backend and generative-AI development: build agentic orchestration and durable AI workflow engines, architect scalable Python/TypeScript backend systems, own agentic coding pipelines and Spec-Driven Development, ship multiple substantial features weekly, collaborate on technical direction, review teammates' work, and ensure reliability, evaluation, and versioned prompt chains for edtech products.

Design and implement an end-to-end generative AI video pipeline that converts lesson specs into inspected, versioned videos. Build agentic orchestration, programmatic animation, TTS narration, evaluation/judging systems, symbolic verification of worked examples, and scalable Python/TypeScript media infrastructure.
