Perform full-cycle accounting: maintain journals, reconciliations, ledgers, payroll, AP/AR, and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports. Lead and manage the Client Experience team to deliver exceptional, proactive, white-glove service. Greet clients, plan events and appreciation initiatives, maintain a polished office, anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and continuously improve processes that shape the client journey.
