Drive awareness and referrals for Oma Fertility through in-person outreach to physicians, community partners, and events. Build territory plans, qualify and manage referral sources, coordinate educational/provider events, maintain CRM and reporting, track performance, and travel (~50%) across assigned markets to generate new patient visits.

Manage and support a team of Care Advocates to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally to map customer journeys, identify process gaps, implement scalable systems, and continuously improve Customer Success operations.

Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, clinics, and community providers to drive patient referrals. Plan and execute territory outreach, host educational events, track activity in CRM, and represent Oma Fertility at local events. Travel (~50%), some nights/weekends, and collaborate with marketing to grow patient volume.
