Lead and manage the IT/OT services team, provide technical leadership for industrial networking and virtualized OT infrastructure, support presales and project delivery, mentor engineers, ensure compliance with OT security standards, and travel regionally to implement customer solutions.

Provide technical support, sizing/selection, and quoting for process equipment (mixers, filters, pumps). Respond to customer inquiries, reconcile purchase orders, troubleshoot issues by phone/email, pursue sales opportunities with account managers, perform occasional site visits, and maintain product knowledge and customer relationships.

Build and integrate dynamic simulation models, support FAT/MAT/SAT/Site tests, perform alarm assessments per ISA-18.2/IEC 62682, analyze alarm/process data, develop KPIs, assist commissioning, deliver training, and collaborate with customers and teams to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and operator effectiveness.

Design, configure, commission, and maintain PLC-based control systems, HMIs, SCADA, and historians. Develop specifications and documentation, perform FAT/SAT and startup support, migrate programs to Emerson Rx3i, modify GE iFIX databases and graphics, review vendor packages, and provide lifecycle/support and staff augmentation. Travel regionally (~25%) and work hybrid schedule.

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ERP, third-party systems, and marketing tools (Boomi Integrate/Flow). Build custom IFS packages, perform SQL/PL-SQL development, support Oracle/SQL databases, troubleshoot and document solutions, collaborate with business analysts, and mentor junior developers. Hybrid role (3 days onsite).

Design, configure, test, and commission DeltaV distributed control systems and related Emerson solutions. Support FAT/SAT, startup, troubleshooting, historian integration, wireless commissioning, batch and continuous control strategies, and produce system documentation and operational reports. Provide aftermarket lifecycle support and on-site project execution.
