Lead delivery of automation and OT scope for large capital projects: plan, estimate, schedule, and oversee implementation of DCS/PLC, facility automation, SIS, MES, PAT, I&C, and IT/OT systems. Manage and mentor automation engineers, resolve technical issues, act as owner’s agent, support proposals, and maintain client relationships. Engage from concept through execution.

Implement, commission, and support manufacturing execution systems (primarily Emerson Syncade) for pharma and industrial clients. Integrate AI with operational systems, containerize for secure/offline or GovCloud deployment, collaborate with OT/IT/cybersecurity, support CI/CD, and document compliance and workflows.

Provide front-desk and office services for the Durham office: greet visitors, manage calls, coordinate events and travel, maintain office supplies and cleanliness, submit building maintenance tickets, produce documents and presentations, handle expense reports, and support confidential administrative tasks.

Provide project support to multiple project managers: set up and close projects, manage materials and shipments, process purchase orders and invoices, track time/expenses, generate budget and expenditure reports, maintain project documentation, and respond to customer and internal inquiries. Occasional travel to customer sites or offices may be required.

Lead design, development, and implementation of process control systems using DeltaV. Create control strategies, documentation, FAT/SAT support, commissioning, troubleshooting, custom reporting, process modeling/simulation, mentoring engineers, and supporting proposals and project estimates.

Design, configure, commission, and maintain PLC/SCADA control systems and HMIs for industrial customers. Support FAT/SAT, migrations (Emerson Rx3i), integrations to DeltaV and OSI PI, field startup, documentation, and lifecycle support with ~25% regional travel.

Develop, configure, test, and commission DeltaV DCS control strategies, batch control, graphics, and historians. Support FAT/SAT, startup, troubleshooting, wireless field networks, OSI PI integration, reporting, and process simulation; provide onsite lifecycle and staff-augmentation support.

Designs, configures, troubleshoots, and commissions PLC/HMI/SCADA automation systems. Develops documentation, supports FAT/SAT and commissioning, migrates PLC code to Emerson Rx3i, integrates historians and 3rd-party systems, and provides lifecycle support and small expansion projects. Travels regionally for on-site work (~25%).

Design, implement, and commission Emerson DeltaV-based process control systems. Configure control modules, batch recipes, graphics, historians, and PLC integrations. Support FAT/SAT, startups, troubleshooting of hardware/software/networks, wireless field networks, OSI PI integrations, reporting, and process simulation. Provide lifecycle and on-site customer support.
