Lead design and execution of firm-wide strategic initiatives, with primary focus on AI strategy and enterprise enablement. Manage commercial tax engagements including reviewing tax returns, projections, and workpapers; provide planning, compliance, and tax research for S corps and partnerships; resolve tax issues; maintain client relationships; coordinate with partners; and coach and mentor staff while staying current on tax developments.

Lead end-to-end engagement letter lifecycle and a Center of Excellence team. Design and govern templates, workflows, and policy compliance; drive technology enablement, training, quality control, stakeholder coordination, and KPI reporting to reduce cycle time, rework, and risk while improving client and practitioner experience.

Lead commercial tax engagements delivering partnerships, C-corporation and S-corporation tax planning, compliance, research, and review. Manage client relationships and engagement teams, mentor staff, expand client base through business development, and represent clients before the IRS and state agencies. Ensure timely project planning and stay current on tax law; utilize tax software for preparation and research.
