Lead procurement for multifamily development and property management: develop sourcing strategies, run RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, oversee full procurement lifecycle, track spend and savings, supervise staff, and ensure compliance and accurate ERP/PO/invoice processing.

Serve as the primary post-sale technical contact, managing the lifecycle of enterprise client environments.
