Duties include budgeting, subcontractor procurement, schedule development and management, cost estimating, scope and change management, stakeholder reporting, resource allocation, contract administration, and project closeout to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and drawing specifications.

Perform full-cycle commercial accounting including AR/AP, resident ledger reconciliation, month-end A/R and GL closes, journal entries, bank reconciliations, audits, budgeting support, and collaboration with property accountants and managers.

Support the Controller by overseeing corporate financial reporting, maintaining accounting data and internal controls, managing budgets and new property setups, supervising India accounting operations, leading and training accounting staff, overseeing third-party applications, and improving accounting procedures across divisions.

Lead procurement and contracting for development and property operations: develop sourcing strategies, run RFPs/RFQs, negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, oversee purchase-to-pay lifecycle, track spend and savings, ensure compliance, supervise procurement staff, and manage procurement/ERP platforms.

Lead and deliver large-scale real estate development projects from concept through completion. Manage consultants, contractors, permitting, budgets, schedules, feasibility and financial analysis, stakeholder relations, and risk mitigation while supporting sales/leasing and presenting progress to senior leadership.

Support real estate development projects from feasibility through construction by coordinating consultants, tracking schedules and budgets, managing documentation, assisting with permitting and entitlement, performing market and financial analysis, identifying risks, and preparing reports and presentations to keep projects on time and within budget.

Coordinate land and zoning approvals, manage budgets and invoices for land development projects, and support real estate development teams and outside consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain market knowledge, participate in sales/marketing efforts, and assist with special projects and consultant coordination.
