Build end-to-end international operations from scratch: establish entities, banking, accounting, warehouses, logistics, and ERP. Travel frequently to new markets, coordinate local consultants, set up finance/compliance and supply chains, implement visibility and simple dashboards, create SOPs, and unblock cross-functional issues on the ground while working with local teams across cultures.

Provide hands-on administrative and operations support: track shipments and inventory, coordinate with carriers and warehouses, handle customer emails, prepare quotes/orders/invoices, manage sample dispatches, and maintain organized operational records to support daily logistics and office administration.
