Supervise creative design and sign shop production for resort marketing and branding. Manage internal requests, external vendors, and a small creative team; oversee asset archives, materials ordering, and quality control to ensure consistent brand standards across print, digital, and promotional materials.

Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for resort technology including POS, RFID, IP cameras, digital signage, desktops/laptops, music systems, and cabling. Install, configure, troubleshoot, document systems, manage Zendesk tickets, participate in on-call rotations, and train/collaborate with IT team members.

Provide high-level administrative, project and operational support for Mountain Operations including safety policy/library management, training records and audits, incident tracking, project management of capital/infrastructure projects, dispatch and administrative services coordination, cross-department communication, and customer-facing hospitality standards.

Supervise daily terrain park and bike park operations, train and schedule staff, assist manager with planning, budgeting and feature design/maintenance, ensure safety and risk management, coordinate with other departments, operate mountain vehicles, complete admin tasks and incident reports, and uphold guest service standards.
