Lead and grow a regional rail engineering program: drive business development, manage technical and financial program delivery, build and supervise local engineering teams, and maintain client relationships while ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Perform RWIC roadway worker protection on and around live railroad tracks: coordinate jobsite safety, communicate with dispatchers/trains, conduct daily briefings, prepare electronic reports, install signs/derails, participate in training, and travel frequently across multiple states.

Administer and optimize the HRIS (Paycom), maintain data integrity, build Power BI reports and SQL extracts, manage integrations/APIs, troubleshoot issues, support upgrades/implementations, and partner with HR, IT, finance, and vendors to drive HR data analytics and process automation.

Provide HR support for onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, compliance, orientations, training, unemployment claims, HRIS/ATS administration, recordkeeping, and cross-functional coordination. Lead projects, deliver presentations, assist HR Manager, and travel up to 10% for in-person orientations.

Design, develop, and integrate railroad signal and communications systems. Produce engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation; support relay logic and microprocessor-based systems, system integration, testing, troubleshooting, site inspections, and commissioning. Coordinate with manufacturing and project teams and review vendor specifications.
