Manages provider and vendor contracts, including preparation, renewals, compliance audits, documentation, approvals, and regulatory updates. Coordinates with HR, Finance, Credentialing, insurers, and organizational departments; tracks insurance enrollment, licensure renewals, budgets, petty cash, and audit materials. Produces reports, supports 1099 processes, monitors contract language, and helps ensure contracts meet legal, governmental, CARF, and company requirements.

Provides first-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software applications, tracking and escalating requests, maintaining documentation, modifying system control files, supporting new-hire Information Systems orientation, and training users. Provide HR generalist support for ~850 employees across ~32 counties: onboarding, benefits administration, payroll data entry and processing, employee relations and investigations, training compliance, audit-ready personnel files, background checks, and HR system maintenance. Serve as HR resource to managers and assist HR Director with projects.

Develop and maintain NextGen EHR forms, workflow logic, and lightweight .NET/MVC C# tools. Write validation and integration logic, participate in testing, support Helpdesk, and train staff to improve clinical documentation, compliance, and data integration.

Maintain centralized state and LME data sets (e.g., NC-TOPPS, e508), perform internet-based data entry, coordinate data tracking and follow-up with clinical staff, and provide help desk/IS support and parameter file maintenance.

Supervise non-clinical support staff and site operations including staffing, budgeting, billing, records, supplies, and facility maintenance. Ensure policy compliance, monitor productivity and expenses, assist Center Director with scheduling and performance issues, and support regulatory and financial reporting.

Provide administrative and center support for a children's treatment site (ages 6–17), including scheduling, records preparation, data entry, filing/copying protected health information, answering phones, assisting with benefits and billing, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid/Medicare regulations and HIPAA confidentiality standards.
