Lead and develop the mechanical design and drafting team, own CAD infrastructure and PDM/Vault, establish drawing standards and release processes, drive CAD-ERP integration and manufacturing documentation, and ensure design quality, manufacturability, and revision control.

Develop category strategies, negotiate contracts, ensure supply continuity, support NPI and scaling, drive cost reduction and VAVE programs, mentor a sourcing team, and partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing with production and growth objectives in the data center industry.

Optimize manufacturing efficiency and productivity for commercial HVAC production through process improvement, time studies, labor standards, layout and material flow design, KPI analysis, root cause investigations, and cross-functional support for NPIs and engineering changes while ensuring quality and safety.

Lead and accelerate month-end, quarter-end, and annual GAAP-compliant close and reporting for a multi-site manufacturer. Oversee internal controls, accounting research, acquisition accounting and integrations, ERP/process improvements, audit support, and build/mentor the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate consolidated financial statements.

Own the master production schedule and inventory planning to ensure uninterrupted production. Develop ordering policies, safety stock, and replenishment parameters; improve supplier forecasts; identify and mitigate material shortages; collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and quality to support S&OP and drive on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
