Directs the City’s Budget and Finance Department as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, audits, accounts payable and receivable, procurement compliance, treasury support, asset management, pensions, grants, and regulatory compliance. Serves as fiscal advisor to the Mayor and City Council, manages Oracle Fusion financial modules, presents financial reports, liaises with auditors and agencies, and supervises Finance Department staff.
