Design, build, test, troubleshoot and deploy in-house and customer-facing software for custom equipment. Maintain Muratec MAC MCS applications, implement SECS/GEM communication interfaces, manage software projects, draft quotes/contracts, coordinate vendors, construct test environments, and support customers (including after-hours and travel).

Manage large ($5–$10M) robotic automation projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, cost, risk, change orders, documentation, customer liaison, site visits, installation, commissioning, and handover while coordinating mechanical, electrical, and software teams.

Develop, program, commission, and support automated control systems. Build HMIs, integrate hardware (robots, motion controllers, VFDs, sensors, vision), perform FAT/SAT, troubleshoot on-site, train customers, and provide technical support while following safety and integration best practices.

Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and project management for AMHS mechanical and electrical systems. Manage large teams (~100), ensure safety, quality, schedules, documentation, stakeholder communication, change control, and project closeout. Coach and develop Murata and contractor personnel. Frequent travel and extended site stays required.
