Manage and grow assigned territory accounts by developing target accounts, acquiring new customers, forecasting, reporting, and mentoring sales reps. Provide product demos, read blueprints, understand building codes and pricing, collaborate with supply centers, and resolve escalated customer issues. Heavy regional travel required.

Drive new customer acquisition in remodel and new construction markets. Prospect, cold outreach, build and manage pipeline, conduct presentations/site visits, close deals, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, maintain CRM records, and report market and competitor trends to meet sales targets.
