Manage large, complex construction or restoration projects (often >$1M), supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality control, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, vendor qualification, and customer communication. Serve as liaison among internal teams, account managers, clients, and field personnel to coordinate account activities, maintain electronic job files, generate reports, coach field offices, and ensure accurate information flow and timely execution of tasks. Support training, safety requirements, and departmental objectives; handle occasional in-state travel.

Provide front-desk and administrative support in a field office, handle AP/AR, job creation and file maintenance in JD Edwards, assist with payroll and job cost review, reconcile vendor statements, maintain customer and vendor records, and follow company operations and safety procedures.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, manage account portfolio, generate new business, present and sell BELFOR services, attend client meetings and marketing events, supervise sales representatives, track sales metrics and targets, collaborate with local and national operations, and resolve client concerns to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
