Manage a portfolio of client accounts to grow revenue and satisfaction by building relationships, resolving issues, generating new business, attending marketing events, tracking sales metrics, and coordinating with operations and marketing.

Manage large, complex construction or restoration projects (often >$1M), supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality control, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, vendor qualification, and customer communication. Support catastrophe (CAT) teams, perform/oversee restoration trades, maintain vehicle and site safety, and complete BELFOR training to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, build long-term relationships, generate new business, and represent the BELFOR brand. Serve as primary client contact, resolve issues, supervise sales/marketing representatives, track sales metrics and targets, attend client meetings, trade shows, and marketing events, and provide reporting and event performance data.

Manage large-scale restoration or construction projects (often > $1M), supervise crews and subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, invoicing, and customer communication. Serve on CAT teams for disaster response, qualify vendors, perform field inspections, and attend required training while working occasional nights, weekends, and travel.

Manage daily office operations including supervising administrative staff, vendor and client communication, payroll and AP/AR tasks, maintaining job/files in JD Edwards/BCS, ensuring regulatory and vendor compliance, reconciling statements, and improving employee/client retention through training and problem resolution.

Drive B2B sales by prospecting, presenting BELFOR services, attending events/trade shows, following up on leads, resolving client concerns, and collaborating with local/national teams to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
