Sell complex machined components to OEMs while managing projects from concept through delivery. Grow customer relationships, prepare quotes and proposals, support PPAP/APQP quality processes, coordinate internal teams, and provide technical sales support and presentations.

Perform dimensional and visual inspections of precision metal components, prepare and submit PPAP packages, maintain quality documentation (control plans, FMEAs), support audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, and monitor quality metrics while collaborating with production, engineering, and suppliers.

Lead and mentor engineering team to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC machining processes. Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), support new product introductions, ensure AS9100 compliance, collaborate with QA/production/supply chain, manage budgets, and plan capacity and automation opportunities.
