Design, develop, and maintain front-end GUIs and back-end data structures to support AEIL internal operations. Build digital systems (logic, tables, forms, reports), ensure module compatibility with system updates, support plant digitization and Hoshin Kanri activities, collaborate with consultants and other NAPs, and follow safety and company procedures.

Manage CAD infrastructure and 3D modeling for die maintenance; verify and recreate precise die models; administer central CAD server; update ERP/inventory data, support procurement and cost-reduction efforts, and liaise with vendors to ensure accurate CAD data for new tool builds.

Improve reliability via refactoring, support CI/CD (Azure DevOps), write complex SQL/T-SQL queries and migrations, integrate SDKs/APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders and teammates to deliver manufacturing data collection and reporting solutions.

Develop and execute test plans and schedules for automotive body ECUs, perform component and vehicle-level testing (including HIL), analyze failures, design test hardware/software, support production troubleshooting, report results to stakeholders, and coordinate with customers and labs.

Lead new product/process introductions and ramp-up on the manufacturing floor: define and validate assembly/molding/welding/testing processes, troubleshoot yield and downtime, perform root-cause analysis, run capability studies, create documentation and process specs, coordinate suppliers and equipment layouts, control CAPEX, and train production/maintenance teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Perform AP/AR research and support, daily cash and bank reconciliations, month/quarter-end close activities (journal entries, GL posting, reconciliations), intercompany reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, audit support, expense report auditing, tax and insurance support, and Kaizen process improvements.

Support accounting and finance functions including month/quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, AP/AR processing, cash and bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, audit support, intercompany reconciliations, expense reporting, and related accounting tasks.

Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues, applying engineering principles, using CAD, managing projects, writing procedures, and ensuring safety and quality. Requires strong communication, math, and problem‑solving skills; able to work onsite in a noisy, physically demanding environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Process customer remittances, post and reconcile cash receipts, research unpaid items, create and send statements, review aging, issue intercompany debits/credits, offset invoices/credits, submit invoices via customer portals, and support A/R management.
