Provide Tier 1-2 onsite and remote support for park POS and payment devices, troubleshoot hardware/software and network issues, administer Windows/Active Directory and Microsoft 365, support endpoint patching/AV, document incidents, and participate in weekend/on-call rotations to maintain live operations.

Provide HR administrative support including maintaining employee records, benefits administration (ACA), scheduling interviews and meetings, new-hire orientation and payroll data entry (Paylocity). Prepare reports, audit benefit invoices, manage office supplies and assist with meetings, events, and employee communications under general supervision.
