Manage sales invoicing, contract renewals, subscriptions, and warranty administration. Prepare sales agreements and invoices, coordinate credit/finance and external financing, handle rental contract invoicing, enter equipment cost estimates, set up new customers in CRM, process purchase orders, and maintain renewal data and reports. Qualify and update accounts, build relationships, perform needs analysis, promote dealership solutions, coordinate demos with field sales, and develop leads for outside sales.

Execute and optimize digital campaigns by building HubSpot workflows and landing pages, maintaining CRM data hygiene (Dynamics 365), tagging and tracking leads, managing SEO/local listings and paid/social ads, and producing performance dashboards and A/B tests to drive measurable, sales-ready leads.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate, salaried, and internship roles: source, screen, interview, and close candidates; partner with hiring managers and HR; represent employer brand at events; use ATS/CRM and recruitment automation; track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance.

Coordinate equipment configuration, inventory, vendor and dealer communications, and production/shipment schedules. Support sales by entering orders, ensuring parts utilization, reviewing freight bills, and maintaining purchase schedules and accurate inventory records. Provide administrative and analytical support to meet customer specifications and Cat demand management requirements.
