Serve as ForTec's primary contact for large IDN/GPO customers, driving account preference and negotiating contracts. Engage IDN supply chains, collaborate cross-functionally (sales, finance, operations, contracting, legal, customer service), manage RFI/RFPs, analyze account data in Excel, and support scalable solutions. Position is remote within specified metro regions and requires up to 50% travel, hospital credentialing, and a track record in surgical products or purchased services.

Provide technical setup, operation, and support for surgical technologies in healthcare settings. Perform preoperative checks, sterilization, calibrations, documentation, equipment transport, and safe vehicle operations. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain facility credentialing and immunizations, and travel occasionally overnight. Training provided.

Manage relationships with large IDN/GPO customers as ForTec's corporate supply chain representative. Drive account preference, negotiate contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations, legal), support RFI/RFP processes, analyze account data, and travel nationally to grow and maintain corporate-level business.
