Provide inbound customer service and sales for auto glass appointments: quote, create estimates, contact insurance, schedule and route mobile jobs, enter data into the POS, invoice work orders, and resolve customer complaints while supporting check-in/check-out procedures.

Lead and manage multi-location mobile glass operations to drive sales, profitability, and quality. Oversee store managers, supervisors, and technicians; recruit, train, schedule, optimize routing, manage inventory, ensure AGRSS and regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting KPIs.
