Administer and configure the UKG payroll system, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, manage payroll-to-ERP G/L mapping, audit user access across JDE/AS400/Carlisle, perform system testing and reporting, partner with HR/Finance/IT, and provide end-user training and support.

Lead HRIS support and reporting, maintain HR databases (ADP/UKG), participate in UKG implementation and post-go-live support, manage time and attendance data, develop reports (ADPR/Power BI/Excel), ensure data security, collaborate with HR and other departments, and train users.
