Own day-to-day activation, growth, and management of Watsco Ventures ecosystem of technology solutions. Manage provider relationships, track KPIs and dashboards, run operational programs, and drive solution adoption and financing across contractor networks. Identify gaps and growth opportunities, coordinate with leadership on goals and execution.

Prepare federal, state, and local corporate and partnership tax returns (1120, 1065), extensions, estimated payments, and quarterly/year-end tax provisions. Respond to notices and audits, perform tax research, advise management on tax strategies, maintain tax records, and support special tax projects.

Responsible for consultative territory selling: develop and grow dealer and contractor relationships, meet or exceed territory sales goals, prospect new business, maintain 20+ weekly face-to-face meetings, negotiate pricing, use CRM for opportunity tracking, analyze market data, represent company at events, and provide excellent customer service.

Drive and retain commercial HVAC work within an assigned territory by prospecting and securing replacement and plan-and-spec projects, building relationships with contractors, engineers, and facility managers, managing pipeline and sales metrics, providing limited technical support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and repeat business.

Support OnCall Air marketing by executing website updates, SEO/GEO/AEO, content and social creation, webinar production, and event/field marketing to drive lead generation and contractor engagement.

Manage territory HVAC wholesale sales by securing new accounts and dealers, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales goals, presenting products, resolving customer issues, attending industry events and trainings, and supporting distributor operations.

Drive HVAC sales and margin growth by identifying and recruiting new business, managing client relationships, and closing deals. Develop strategic sales plans, present proposals and scorecards, and manage the full sales process. Collaborate with internal teams, use CRM/Salesforce and BI for reporting and forecasting, participate in industry events, and spend 80%+ time in the field to build contractor relationships and expand market share.
