Provide technical, demo and training support for SSI/NCS stores across a territory: schedule/manage training, conduct in-store and onsite shop training and demos, troubleshoot products and equipment, track personnel training, submit activity reports, and support special projects. Travel within the region is required.

Develop and grow industrial coatings business by prospecting new accounts and managing existing customers to meet monthly sales goals. Make sales calls, coordinate with store associates, resolve customer issues, track competitors, and use ordering/inventory tools.

Maintain and administer customer and inventory data in the corporate operating system, perform data entry, database design and accuracy checks, manage OS permissions and tax-exemption records, assign sales/commission data, and produce ad-hoc reports and analysis.

Drive new business and manage an ongoing book of automotive and industrial coatings accounts.
