Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; process orders, RMAs, and credits; use consultative selling to recommend solutions; record interactions in CRM; upsell/cross-sell; collaborate with internal teams; resolve complaints and maintain product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement of machining and assembly processes on the shop floor: troubleshoot CNC/manual machines, optimize cycle times, implement error-proofing and automation, validate equipment/processes, support new product introductions, and train staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Develop and optimize CAM programs (2D/3D) for CNC mills and lathes (3-5 axis), design fixtures, manage tooling and program databases, troubleshoot at machines, implement probing, create setup documentation, support operators, and drive continuous improvement for production of large valves and cast components.

Coordinate and expedite sales orders by monitoring inventory and production schedules, communicating delays, entering vendor POs, prioritizing expedites, generating order and inventory reports, and collaborating with sales, purchasing, production, and project management to ensure on-time delivery and optimize workflows.

Drive regional revenue and market share for plant and industrial products across the Western U.S. Build channel and customer relationships, manage distributor and rep performance, develop territory strategies and pipelines, use CRM and forecasting to convert projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver training, and resolve customer issues to support growth.

Provide HR coordination and employee engagement support in a heavy-manufacturing environment: recruit, maintain personnel records, administer training, run events, conduct exit interviews, and deliver HR communications while promoting company culture and safety.
