Design and optimize molds, patterns, cores, and fixtures for cast metal parts. Maintain tooling drawings and lifecycle records, lead pattern shop engineering for gating/risering, drive root-cause analysis on tooling-related defects, support foundry modernization and trial pours, and coordinate tooling maintenance and capacity planning.
