Manage and grow industrial refrigerant, air, and tank sales across the Western U.S. through new customer acquisition, distributor and OEM relationships, pricing and contract negotiations, forecasting, CRM management, and frequent field-based account development.

Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, social media campaign design and execution, CRM and database updates, promotional materials and presentations, event support, vendor follow-ups, and tracking social media engagement.

Lead enterprise organizational development initiatives end-to-end: diagnose issues, design organizational structures and change interventions, advise senior leaders, build leadership and talent programs, establish performance management and succession planning, deploy learning architecture, define metrics/ROI, and drive sustained behavior change and capability improvements across a complex, matrixed manufacturing organization.
