Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, develop sourcing pipelines, partner with operations leaders on staffing forecasts, manage ATS data and hiring metrics, coordinate interviews, and lead recruiting events. The role also focuses on candidate experience, employer branding, community partnerships, and improving time-to-fill and quality-of-hire outcomes.

Support daily accounting operations; lead month- and year-end close; prepare and review financial statements and management reports; perform account reconciliations and fixed-asset management; oversee multi-site payroll operations and compliance; support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements with plant accounting teams.

Administer UKG Pro payroll and workforce management systems, process accurate and timely payroll, monitor timekeeping and attendance, configure pay rules and deductions, audit data, generate reports, troubleshoot system issues, manage access permissions, support upgrades and year-end W-2 activities, and ensure payroll compliance. The role also trains employees and managers and partners with HR, Benefits, Accounting, and Operations to resolve payroll and workforce management issues.

Support sales by delivering product-specific data, managing new-product implementation, updating specs and BOMs, testing in AX, providing field support and product training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical solutions and project management.

Design and develop valves and components for waterworks using CAD and simulations. Perform calculations and testing, collaborate with manufacturing for DFM and rapid prototyping, support sales on custom solutions, document technical drawings, and contribute to product validation and continuous improvement.

Support LPG sales across the Eastern US by generating and qualifying leads, coordinating quotes, maintaining CRM data, preparing sales materials, supporting account analysis and reporting, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to drive customer engagement and growth.

Provide in-person and remote IT support across office and manufacturing environments: troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network issues; manage desktops/laptops, switches, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365; maintain IT assets and security systems; coordinate vendors and projects; document systems and processes.

Design and optimize molds, patterns, cores, and fixtures for cast metal parts. Maintain tooling drawings and lifecycle records, lead pattern shop engineering for gating/risering, drive root-cause analysis on tooling-related defects, support foundry modernization and trial pours, and coordinate tooling maintenance and capacity planning.

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; process orders, RMAs, and credits; use consultative selling to recommend solutions; record interactions in CRM; upsell/cross-sell; collaborate with internal teams; resolve complaints and maintain product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement of machining and assembly processes on the shop floor: troubleshoot CNC/manual machines, optimize cycle times, implement error-proofing and automation, validate equipment/processes, support new product introductions, and train staff while maintaining safety and quality standards.
