Evaluate and resolve conflicts-of-interest for new matters, clients, and lateral hires. Conduct complex conflicts research using internal systems and external databases, draft waivers and ethical screens, advise attorneys and leadership on risk and ethics, review Outside Counsel Guidelines, support matter openings, and educate staff. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency conflict checks.

Lead development of strategic pricing proposals, build pricing models and profitability analyses, advise attorneys and leadership on pricing strategy, conduct market benchmarking, develop reporting and insights, serve as pricing subject-matter resource, and deliver training to strengthen pricing discipline and profitability.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneys: manage calendars, travel, filings (PACER/ECF), prepare deposition and trial binders and exhibits, maintain confidential client files, support business development, and use document management and office software to produce and format legal documents.

Support strategic pricing initiatives through financial analysis, pricing administration, and alternative fee arrangement modeling. Prepare rate analyses, pricing proposals, Excel-based models, recurring and ad hoc reports, and collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to inform pricing decisions and present insights.
