Process and scan admissions, enrollment, and registration documents; post transcripts and manage student holds; provide front desk support and customer service via in-person, phone, tickets, and email. Assist students through the admissions and registration processes and perform other duties as assigned (20 hours/week).

Provides clerical and administrative support for Student Services departments: maintains files and calendars, screens calls, handles confidential student matters, processes IT work orders, travel/disbursement invoices and purchase requisitions, creates AiM maintenance tickets, coordinates vendors and event logistics, and assists with accessibility intake and student conduct holds.

Provide front-line enrollment and student financial services support via phone, email, text, live chat and ticketing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, enter and manage records in Workday, assist with applications, registration, appointments and technical issues, resolve problems, de-escalate upset callers, and train or oversee junior staff when needed.
