Tallahassee State College is excited to announce a part-time opening for the position of OPS Enrollment Specialist in the Admissions and Records Office. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community.
What You’ll Do
As OPS Enrollment Specialist, the day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Processing and scaning incoming admission documents as well as enrollment and registration documents. Posting received transcripts to students’ account and manages student holds.
Assisting with front desk coverage as needed.
Providing customer service, comprehensive support, and detailed information about the admission and registration processes through various communication channels, including in-person, phone, tickets, and email, and aids students in the admissions process.
Other duties as assigned.
20 hours per week

High School Diploma or GED.
