Coordinates bi-weekly payroll, vendor processing, compliance reporting, food and beverage inventory reconciliation, corporate credit card reconciliation, and finance department support. The role collaborates across departments, identifies process improvements, resolves accounting issues, and supports revenue audit, accounts payable, and general ledger activities while adhering to gaming regulations and company policies.

Develops, delivers, and evaluates casino cage training programs, including onboarding, certifications, regulatory training, instructional materials, competency tracking, and performance reporting. Maintains policies and procedures, updates training content, recommends process improvements, and supports cage supervisory duties. Requires casino cage and supervisory experience, knowledge of cash operations and gaming regulations, proficiency with casino cash-management systems and Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work varying shifts.

Supervises casino cage operations, including cashiers, the main bank, cash balancing, ticket redemption machines, compliance reporting, and guest service. Trains and guides staff, resolves customer issues, investigates cash variances, maintains accurate records, and coordinates with departments such as IT, Security, HR, and Surveillance. Works cashier or main-bank duties as needed and supports operations across varying shifts.

Performs daily audits of casino gaming and nongaming revenue, including cage, slots, table games, electronic games, soft count, and other revenue areas. Investigates discrepancies, reconciles financial information, verifies source documents, prepares operating reports, and ensures compliance with internal controls and company policies. The role also documents audit findings, supports financial reporting best practices, and provides customer service in a fast-paced casino environment.

Leads casino credit and collections operations, including underwriting, credit approvals, portfolio monitoring, delinquency management, collections, risk mitigation, reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Partners with finance, operations, compliance, legal, and player development teams while supporting VIP customer decisions. Manages and develops the credit team, establishes policies and KPIs, improves processes, and maintains strong customer service and confidentiality standards.

Supports casino financial planning through budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, revenue and expense reporting, capital project monitoring, and strategic financial analysis. Partners with department leaders and executives to explain performance trends and recommend cost-saving or revenue-enhancing strategies. Prepares management and regulatory presentations while ensuring compliance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and company policies.

Manage casino-wide audio, video, lighting, digital signage, DVLED, and networked AV systems. Lead and schedule AV technicians, provide live event support, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, document system configurations, coordinate vendors, train staff, enforce safety procedures, and recommend upgrades and process improvements. The role supports entertainment, marketing, IT, and special events across multiple venues.

Supports and maintains cybersecurity infrastructure for casino gaming systems, payment data, guest information, and IoT devices. Responsibilities include managing EDR, firewalls, network segmentation, NetFlow, identity-based access, SIEM and vulnerability tools; supporting PCI DSS, GLI, and regulatory compliance; monitoring incidents with a managed SOC; conducting assessments; assisting with response, audits, vendor risk, security training, system integration, documentation, and on-call coverage.
