Lead and coach a dealership sales team to meet unit and gross profit goals. Manage CRM usage, inventory, marketing, and F&I processes. Analyze data to improve closing ratios, reduce aged inventory, enhance CSI scores, and ensure profitability across sales channels.

Sell new and used vehicles to dealership customers by assisting visitors, explaining vehicle features and options, offering test drives, meeting sales targets, and tracking daily/weekly performance. Maintain customer service, negotiate sales, follow identification and dealership procedures, and pass background and drug screenings.

Lead dealership accounting and financial operations including month-end/quarter/year-end close, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, floor plan oversight, cash management, reporting to management, internal controls, staff supervision, payroll/HR oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
